I achieved A*A*A* in my A levels and studied mathematics and statistics at Imperial College London.
I studied Mathematics with Statistics at Imperial College London after achieving 3 A*s at A-level in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Computer Science; I believe with proper guidance and hard work, anyone can achieve A/A*s in their exams, and I am dedicated to guiding my students to achieve their potential.
I have many years of experience in tutoring, I started whilst I was still in school, helping other students who were struggling with their studies in both maths and further maths during my free time. I then began professional tutoring shortly after finishing my A levels.
During my time as a professional tutor, I have seen a vast improvement in all my students and have had many great successes where my students have achieved amazing grades and gone on to attend their desired universities. I personally find my students' success to be extremely rewarding for myself, and I am proud of them all.
As my professors often liked to remind me, mathematics is not a spectator sport. The only way to improve is by practicing, and this is how I like to approach my lessons. I make sure that my lessons are as interactive as possible, and over my many years of experience I have learned how to gently guide my students through any type of problem until they have developed a level of understanding where they can confidently solve these problems independently.
Although my lessons have proven to be extremely beneficial for my students, it is vital that they continue to practice and further develop their skills outside of our lessons. And I am more than happy to help with that, whether I need to be setting weekly sets of homework or just simply checking in on a weekly basis to ensure that we are progressing at a good rate in preparation for their exams.
